Privacy
Version of 1 October 2026
obibo.ch sets no cookies, doesn’t follow you from site to site and sells nothing you entrust to it. This page says plainly which data passes through the site, why, where it goes and how to remove it.
Who is responsible
Oratek SA, Chemin du Dévent 7, 1024 Ecublens VD, Switzerland (UID CHE-422.797.739). For any question about your data, write to us from the contact page or at hello@obibo.ch.
When you visit the site
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and your browser’s technical details, to send you the pages and protect the site.
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, where visitors come from, device type and country. No cookie, nothing stored in your browser, and no way to recognise you from one visit to the next.
If you ask for news
You give us your email address, and we note the page’s language. Both are kept at Brevo, our email service. A first email asks you to confirm, and without your click, your address is not added to the list.
We write to you now and then about Obibo. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click. After that, your address is only kept marked as unsubscribed, so that we never write to you again.
Brevo can measure whether an email was opened and whether its links were clicked. We only look at the totals.
What allows us to: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
If you write to us
Your name, email address and message reach us by email, sent by Brevo. They are used only to reply to you, and we delete them once your request is dealt with, after two years at the latest.
What allows us to: our legitimate interest in answering your request.
Against robots
When you use a form, Turnstile, a Cloudflare tool, checks that a person is there. To do so it looks at a few strictly necessary technical signals, such as the IP address or the browser type, and it only loads when you reach for the form. Its rules are set out in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Where your data goes
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris) is a French company, subject to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation. Cloudflare, Inc. is an American company, certified under the frameworks that link the United States with Switzerland and the European Union (Data Privacy Framework). Their own policies: Brevo, Cloudflare.
We neither sell nor rent any data, and the site shows no advertising.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see your data, correct or erase it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to us and we’ll answer within a month.
You can also turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland, or to the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.
Children
This site is for parents. It collects no data about children.
